Fitness
Fitness has been an essential part of my life, teaching me discipline, consistency, and goal-setting. I feel a strong sense of satisfaction from pushing myself through mental roadblocks by utilizing strength, endurance, and mobility.
I've grown to understand that fitness is more than just physical performance, but it is mental performance at its core. Through fitness, I have been able to gain a deep understanding of emotional intelligence. Intense workouts are an outlet to practice emotional control in stressful moments.
