At Tapas & Tales, I create personal dining experiences that feel intentional, social, and memorable. My focus is on tapas-style cooking, where small plates come out in a natural rhythm, and every dish brings something different to the table. It is not just about the food itself, but how it’s shared, how it builds over the course of the evening, and how it brings people together.

I work closely with each client to shape the experience around their event, whether it is a private dinner, a celebration, a pop-up, or a small wedding. Every menu is built from scratch based on your preferences, the setting, and the kind of atmosphere you want to create.

The “Tales” side of what I do comes from the moments that happen around the food: the conversations, the reactions, the energy in the room. My goal is to create something that people remember and talk about long after it is over, not just another meal, but an experience that actually means something.
